Confidentiality through the delivery chain
Where work uses approved suppliers, subcontractors, consultants or specialists, confidential information should be disclosed only to the extent reasonably necessary and under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Export-controlled or otherwise regulated information must be identified and agreed before transfer.
